Mother aged 59 can be a dependent of Tier 4 Student ?

Post by mzeeshan » Sat Jul 07, 2012 5:27 pm

Hi all,

I have some quick questions for all the gurus here. Which are as follows:

Q1. If my sister apply for level 7 degree in HEI or HT university or collage under Tier 4 category, then can she apply for her/my mother as her dependent ?

Q2. If yes then can she apply for her/my mother at the same time as she apply for her Tier 4 student visa ?

Please clarify. Links/Pointer would be much appreciated.

Apology in advance if it shows my lack of knowledge but i have been searching about it and all other options/Possibilities/Weird mixed possibilities etc. on how to bring my mother and sis here in UK at the same time.. for about a month now and i am unable to find anything relevant. So please help

Thanks.
