IOM health certificate check at Heathrow

Hello,

My wife has recently been granted settlement visa to come to the UK. The IOM certificate that was used for visa purposes has just expired today but she is due to travel on the 14th july. does she need to do a new IOM certificate, a new CXR or can she just use the expired IOM certificate at Heathrow? Would very much appreciate your experience in this matter.

recently i came uk with my expire iom cert.
they ll send her to medical room where they will just stamp on paper n wait in another que.itll take like extra 20-30 min depends how busy they are.
