My employer applied for a license in April and so far no response from Home Office. My PSW visa will expire very soon.

Can I apply for a Tier 2 after my PSW visa is expired?

Please help. Thanks a lot.

Ask your employer to send an email to the following two addresses requesting urgent treatment of their application and explaining the reason - wishing to assign an unrestricted CoS to a PSW employee whose leave is expiring soon.
