URGENT ADVISE-IAFT2 APPEAL FORM

Hi All,

I am filling IAFT2 appeal form online against refusal of my Tier2 General Dependant visa application.I am a little confused what information to fill for the following questions -

1. Is your refusal a points based system (PBS) decision? *

2.Method of service by ECO -
(In my refusal letter following information is printed :
Entry Clearance Officer - NB
How sent: [via VAC,postal service or courier)

3.Name of decision making Post? I have selected 'Mumbai' as my application was decided here.Is this correct?

4Type of application (Settlement, non-settlement ,Family visit) - Should this be Non settlement as its a Tier2 General Dependant visa?

5.Are you paying for the appeals of any member of your family or anyone planning to appeal against an immigration decision? If yes enter details -
Name, relationship,appeal no? - As my spouse would be paying the application fee for this appeal,what details to enter here?
