PSW --> Tier 1 or Tier 2 Visa?

i am currently having PSW visa and i m working in Caterpillar as contractor. My VISA will expire in 6 months. So do i have any possibilities to apply for Tier 1 or 2 ? or any suggestion to extend my visa are most welcome.

To answer your questions literally, yes you do have options to apply for Tier 1 or Tier 2. Which category of Tier 1 or Tier 2 is not obvious from the limited information you have provided.

Tier 1 (General) is closed but the other Tier 1 categories remain open subject to you being eligible. Tier 2 requires you to have a sponsor.

Tier 1 (graduate)entrepreneur remains an option if you want to continue working as a contractor..
