Does NARIC Certificate have an expiry date??

I am planning to help my wife to get a NARIC certificate to prove the degree she did this year is equivalent to a UK Bachelor Degree and is taught in English.

But she is not planning to come to UK until Dec 2013, if I apply it now, can she still use it to apply Spouse visa next year Dec?? does it have an expiry date??

We want to get it sorted early, so in case if there is any probs, she still have time to take english test.
