Problem with BOOTLE address

Problem with BOOTLE address

I sent requested documents (after applying online for tier 2) to the Bootle address by special delivery.

It was first redirected. Apparently everybody's case, that part was ok, BUT: Royal mail now saying "Your item with reference .... is being returned to sender. "

Any idea what's the problem? I triple checked the address on the cover sheet with the destination address, they match.

What could go wrong?

besides I cannot find any phone number from UKBA to contact them on this matter. Can you help please?

I have the same problem today. Have no idea what's going on.

I sent out the document on 05/07.

Please let me know if you have a clue.
