ILR granted for my Husband but I want to leave him ?

Hi,
Any help would be grateful............my Husband has his ILR granted & I want to leave him due to breakdown of marriage, is this going to affect his ILR? We do have a 3 year old daughter & his intention is to remain in UK - Thanks
