Short of Payslips

Post by TestRunner » Mon Jul 09, 2012 1:54 pm

Dear Members,
It would be really great if someone can help me clarify my doubts.

Initial HSMP visa 17th Sep 2007 [Not eligible for Judicial review]
Came to Uk on 18th Oct 2007 ( entered UK 31 days after my initial visa grant)
My wife came to UK on 15th Jun 2008
On Sep 2009, my first Tier-1 general extension was successful and I was given visa until 17 Sep 2012
My son was born in India on Sep 2010
We did bring him to U.K on Feb 2011

from Nov 2007 to Dec 2011 - I was on continues full-time employment (paid all my taxes/NI properly without any trouble/ and never ever claimed any benefits till now)

just for safety reasons got my Tier-1 visa extended for (myself/my Mrs and son ) until 2014 Dec - Scored the full points (120 points if I remember correctly)
* because of job risk

Unfortunately went jobless from 1st Jan 2012 to 30th Apr 2012 (4 full months - due to redundancy)

Then got permanent job on 1st May and started working again
Please note:
I have never claimed any benefits
I have all my 4 years P60 + a p45 + all my pay slips (except for those unemployed 4 months -jan 2012 to Apr 2012)

Now my question is about the eligibility :

1. I will just have 8 pay slips (4 from previous + 4 from current) employment [(sep,oct,nov,dec)2011 and (may,jun,jul,aug)2012] - also at the moment I will just score 90 points (30 points short of previous extension)
Is just 8 pay slips sufficient ? or do I need to wait till end of Apr 2013 to have 12 continues months pay slips

2. 'am I eligible to apply for ILR for three of us (myself/wife/son) at the same time (On 17th Sep 2012, that is when I finish 5 years/ my wife 4yrs/ but my son just finished 16 months in UK (he is now 22 months old)) ?

Any help is really appreciated

Kind Regards

if you score enough points with 8 months salary then you are fine with that no need to show 12 months.
