work permit dependent, number of days to enter uk after visa

Hi All,

my wife has recently got work permit dependent visa from outside the country. I am wondering if there are any requirements or limit, like certain number of days she must have to enter into UK? There is no letter or document given with passport to explain that sort of restrictions.

there are no restrictions other than those noted on the entry clearance. You may wish to read the policy guidance:

Just to clear i am on old work permit, which is not point based. will it still be same?

what exactly is stated on her entry clearance?

it only says standard entry clearance stuff. e.g.
type of visa = work permit dependent.
valid from date
valid until date

nothing specific about number of days within you have to enter into UK.

she can enter any time within the validity of the entry clearance
