Last Que before i apply tomorrow for ILR: NI number and ILR

Post by RLMY » Mon Jul 09, 2012 4:18 pm

Getting a bit panicky.

I do not have the NI number but all my taxes and NI contributions are paid through PAYE at source and i have necessary P60 forms. Shd that be a problem when i apply for ILR from tier 1 general at PEO tommorrow.

Many thanks

I hope your P60 shows your NI number which should be more than adequate. Good Luck. Don't forget to share your experience.

A very unique situation indeed. I am not sure if anyone else gone through this scenario.Although I am not an expert but If I were in your shoes, I would have applied by post and send an update of application once NI number is available against the contribution already made in past. Some expert may throw more light on this.
