ILR

Post by graybarry2000 » Mon Jul 09, 2012 6:42 pm

Hello,

I submitted my passports for ILR on the 23rd of April and have yet to receive our documents back. Getting a bit worried that it might not be approved. It sure has been taking a long time.

The Home Office mentioned that we are not allowed to inquire on the progress of our application.

Any advice or suggestions please?

Thanks!

The best you can do is...Hope for the best, relax &Keeping fingers crossed. Post applications are taking 4 to 6 months time. In this month because of July 9th rule changes there is a huge applications push to home office. The chances are getting delay. I don't want to let you down but this is the reality. I wish your application will be resolved soon in a positive response. All the best.
