New FLR(M) - Section 2 Query

Hi,

My wife got 19 months T1 dependent visa which will expire in August 2012 so she will go on FLR(M). I have a query regarding section 2 on the new FLR(M) form.

A. Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in one of the above categories
(including previous leave granted as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner) with your current sponsor?

Yes or No ?

What should we select here ? I think we should select No & then in section 2.3

If you applying for any other reason - please explain below
Here I will explain that T1 dependent visa is expiring so she is applying for FLR(M).
