10 years long residency and wife's ilr

hi i came to this country on september 2003 as student visa and then
i got tier 1 general visa on 2009 april for 3 years. i extended my tier 1 general visa on april 2012 for another 2 years which is valid until may 2014 but my ILR as 10 years long residency is due on september 2013. So i am planning to apply for ILR on 10 years basis.

my wife came to this country as my tier1 general dependent on december 2010.her visa is also extended with me as PBS dependent on april 2012 for 2 years .

as i am applying for ILR for 10 yrs long res..i know she can n't apply with me. my question is......
1. can she apply for ILR on 2013 once i get my ILR for 10 yrs residency as she will be in this country more than 2 years as my dependent?
2. Does the new rule for 5 years probationary period and 18,6oo pound salary income apply for her ILR?
