Living in UK & Belgium

Hello,
I am non EU national in UK now.
For a continious period of 2.5 years I lived in UK on Tier2 ICT.
Then changed company and moved to Neatherlands on workpermit and lived for 1.5 years.
Now I have returned back to UK on Tier2 general.
All these period I have been living and paying tax in UK & NL respt.

My question is , will I be eligible for ILR after 1 year on account of living in UK and EU country.
Please advice.
