Hi Everyone,
I am processing my Tier-1 ILR now and looking to book an appointment through the UKBA website with my registered account. However, while navigating through the booking pages, I get a message saying
"You do not currently have any transactions. You should not book an appointment unless you have already submitted an application and you have been informed that your service requires an appointment"
I am bit confused why this message appears. Does anyone know what it is? Do we need to submit the filled in application form online, if yes how can I do that becuase when I checked online there isnt much information I could find.
However, when I by pass this message to next screen, I can select the application type, no. of dependents, start-end date to book my appointment.
Is this a right way to book an appointment (getting an appointment is an another issue)? or which is the better way to book an appointment by phone call or online? Have anybody else faced such an issue before.
