Maintanence of funds for Tier-1 ILR

Hi,

I am processing my Tier-1 ILR now and due to few medical emergency I had to transfer all my funds and my account now has negative balance for past few months. However, before 6 months I had maintained the funds adequately.

Will inadequate maintanence of funds be a problem for settlement?

I am on permanent job and salary getting credited monthly and same reflects in the bank statement.

Please advice me urgently so that I can look for next things forward.

it should be ok. There are no maintenance funds requirements for ILR.

There's no requirements for the maintainance funds requirements for any status for the ILR application.

I agree, there is no minimum maintenance requirement for ILR.
