Not able to book Appointment@12 midnight

Hi,

Any one can help me, I want to go for my tire1 extension but i am not able to book appointment,I am trying from last 1 month, giving error mesage like technical problem...etc.

also conform me one thing, if we have any typo error in our name while booking appointment is it make any problem for our appointment?

once you have logged in, sometimes it shows the error message, dont worry, all you need to do is, on the same page, on the top right hand corner please click on "my account" and from there you should be able to book an appointment

please let me know if this works

I have already tried that option many times.. Still i am getting smae technical problem. not able to process your application

in that case, please try creating another account with a different email ID and hope it works!!

I have tried with many accounts. Even my friends tried on behalf of me. But we are getting same prob... got frustrated !!!

No need for another account. Its not a problem with your ID. Everyone is getting the same technical errors for last few weeks. Its just that everyone now knows that the appointments get released at 12 midnight and everyone is trying at the same time and UKBA website cannot cope up with the load. It just keep on crashing. Just keep on trying again after you get the error. Eventually you will see the slots and will be able to book the appointment.

Some one got the technical problem in General forum section and he managed to book after 15 mins. Just re do the process again and again till you are successfull. If no luck try again tomorrow night. I know its frustrating, but there is no way out of this, since UKBA release the time slot at 12 midnight only.

Also, one more thing, if you are booking for family appointment(You + dependants) then it will be more difficult since they only have limited slots for this. So for example, if there are 10 slots in total, family bookings might only be available on 2 of them. So you will only see 2 instead of all 10.

It is very useful info. get a bit more confidence. Yes I want to go for family appointment. (Me + 2 dependents).

Sad part is i got one appointment at Belfast. But in Hurry i typed main applicant name mistakenly.. So thinking weather it will be a problem to take forward or need to go for new appointment?

If you want to keep your belfast appointment. All you got to do is, call UKBA and confirm it. They will be able to change the details on your appointment if need be.

Also, you can reschedule this appointment at midnight for later date and change the details then. They will come preloaded in the new appointment if you are rescheduling.
