APPLYING FOR TIER 2 GENERAL VISA

Hello,

Currently I am on dependent Visa and working in UK. I have limited company.

Now i am applying for Tier 2 general visa from my home country.

I am submiiting VAF9 application form. One of the point from VAF9 form.

2.4 Do you hold shares in the United Kingdom company or connected business? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
Yes - Provide details in the box below and say what
percentage of the company and/or its shares you own.

Do i need to tick box and mentioned company details in application form.
as i have already requested my accountant to start the process of closing the company.

Please advice me .

Is there any impact on my Tier 2 visa application ?
