flr(m) - new form query

Hi,

My wife got 20 months T1 dependent visa which will expire in August 2012 so she will go on FLR(M). I have the following queries regarding new FLR(M) form.

Section 2.2

Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in one of the above categories
(including previous leave granted as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner) with your current sponsor?

Yes or No ? What should we select here ?


Section 7.1

Are you or your sponsor in receipt of a benefit listed within the guidance notes? If you have claimed to be exempt from
meeting the financial requirement you must submit the relevant evidence, as specified, of your eligibility to be exempt.

Yes or No ? What should we select here ?


Could anyone please help us regarding the above 2 queries.

I have an appointment booked for ILR in next 2 weeks & will apply FLR(M) after that.
