i submit my daughter pbs dependent on the 09/05/2012 the the money was taken out of my account on the 22/05/2012 and since then no signe of a biometric letter.
can someone help please i am desperate

Did you got the acknowledgement letter. Cuz that should come before biometeric.

Sometimes UKBA do delay cases and there is no explaination to it. And you cannot do anything within 6 months. But try what this people did in the above thread.
