evidence of proof of working

Post by inter » Wed Jul 11, 2012 12:08 am

Hello everybody,

I am switching from PSW and applying for TIER 2 employer sponsored visa. I need to send evidence of proof of working.

But I have a few questions about this.

1) Do I need to send payslips AND bank statement ?

2) Are the bank statements alone acceptable evidence of proof of working ?

3) The salary that gets paid into my bank account already has Tax + National Insurance deducted, and therefore will not reflect my gross salary. If the answer to question 2 is yes, then how will Home office check tmy yearly salary if I provide them with bank statements as proof of earnings.

Please help me with this confusing issue.

Thank You very much.
