Income

Post by Impatient » Wed Jul 11, 2012 8:25 am

For the take home income of £18,600 required to sponsor if I take home £12,468 how much savings do I need? If I'm £4,332 a year short what do I times it by?

Also when applying for FLR will it be based on both incomes or still just mine as the sponsor?

The equation is:

(Shortfall in income * 2.5) + 16000

So in your case - you need £26,830 in CASH savings that you've held for 6 months.

I'm a bit confused why you're concerned.

Your signature indicates your visa is already under consideration - which means it falls under the old rules.

Sorry just panicking about a refusal and having to reapply. Hopefully that will not happen. Thanks for your response
