Post by El shaddai » Wed Jul 11, 2012 8:11 pm

A friend want to know if he is qualify to get citizenship without working but studying a 4years degree course at the University in ireland.

Also he want to know if he can get a permanent residence when he apply next march, wife not working she s on job seeker allowance they have 2 kids(Irish) and happy couple.

Marriage will be 5years next December but stamp will expire next year October.

Wife only work for about few months but went to School for 2 years and start collecting dole for job seeker.

Does jobseeker on dole can be class as exercising Eu treaty right?
these are the questions they want to know.
Reasonable contributions please.

Thanks for your response, what about the citizenship?he will be going for a 4 year degree course in the one of the university in Ireland, would that be enough to apply for citizenship?

She s 100% looking for work and right now she s working with a charity shop for free for over a year now they said.

About the insurance stuff can u explain a bit further please because they are on medical cards at the moment.
