student visitor visa

hi everyone,
I came to the UK via student visitor visa.I got married in May in 2012 and applied for EEA2 as my wife from European country.The problem is my visa doesnt allow me to extend my visa even working.What do you think i can get my resident card or should i go back to my country and apply for EEA family permit there?
