Which date should I apply for ILR

Which date should I apply for ILR

Hi, I am not quite sure which date i should apply for ILR.

1. Got international Graduate Visa on 30th August 2007 (Valid until 20th August 2008)

2. Work Permit was Granted on 5th November 2007 (By letter from Home office)

3. Leave to Remain was granted on 8th April 2008 (5 Years)

4. Got Teir 2 on 19th November 2009 (Expires 12 November 2012)

Please advice if on November I will be eligible for ILR? or Do I apply for an extension and then apply for ILR on the 8th of March 2013?

Any help is very much appreciated

As far as I can understand your query I would suggest you need to wait till 28 days before 8th April 2013. However as there was a delay between your actual visa and letter I think you need to apply for extension first if your current leave expires in November 2012.
