Delay in processing UK settlement visa - 2012

Hi,

I applied for ILR Dependent visa at VFS, Bangalore on 17th April 2012. Its been 13 weeks for today and still the application status is 'Under processing at BHC'.. :(

When I mailed VFS, they initially said, 60 working days, then 69 working days and then 71 working days. No clue what to believe.

Has anyone applied for settlement visa around this time? What the application status is? Can you please let me know if you have any information regarding delays?
