hi,

my wife and kid has PR's and they were in uk for 2-3 yrs. now they are in india and my pr continued in uk as i keep coming to uk for project related work. now when i applied for returning resident visa for my wife and daughter they rejected stating the reason of subsisting relationship.But my son has got PR application approved as its fresh application. can anyone help what would be the quick process to get the visas.
