Has anyone experienced a long delay in the delivery of their BRP Cards? I mean delays running into months after the ILR Application was approved? If so any advise on what to do in terms of how to follow them up and chase them to get the card delivered quickly would be greatly appreciated.
My wifes ILR application was approved at the croydon PEO under a premium appointment service on the 11th April 2012 and her BRP card has not yet been delivered. I have sent neumerous emails to all the BRP emails given on her approval letter but all they come back with is that the delay is due to some 'Technical IT Issue'...not sure what kind of an IT issue could not be resolved at the Home Office for 3 months!!!
Any advice on what to do in this situation would be very much appreciated..
