MN1 query

Hi
can any one tell me how long does it take to get a passport for a new born baby? i have ILR and will be applying for Naturalization in November , wife is due for baby next week.and we planning to travel with our baby.

First child passport could take upto 3weeks from the date you applied. Our baby's passport arrive within 2weeks.

As my child will be born in the uk n we have got ILR , is that true
That I Dnt have to apply for ILR for my child? Is thst when I need to fill in MN1 form?
What sort of document I need to attached with the MN1 form?

If your child is born in the UK after one of the parents hold ILR, the child is British from birth. No need to apply using form MN1.
