This is to request information about my daughter born in UK.

Kindly do let me know I have my daughter born in UK and I am planning to apply passport for her and send her to India with her grand parents. Please let me know if i need to apply dependent visa for her or not.

So my questions are as below appreciate your response on the same.

1) What are the documents required for applying passport for my daughter born in UK and the fees?

2) Does she require a visa to travel to India as I am sending her to India with her grand parents. I am on Tier 1 visa . If no visa is required for travel to India for my daughter then what are the documents (e.g letter of consent from parents etc) that needs to be provided during travel as she is not traveling with parents.

3) Can I apply a visa for her in future from India if she intends to travel to UK as a dependent.

She don't need any visa to go back to India as she is an indian citizen. She will need an adult to travel with her since she is a minor. More information is given on the same website as in point 1. My son went to india for 6 months when he was 1.5 year old. He went with my father and no special documents were required at the airport.

3) Can I apply a visa for her in future from India if she intends to travel to UK as a dependent.

Many thanks for the information. So my understanding is that I do not need to have her tier 1 dependent visa applied before she goes to india. Rather she can just travel with my father to india on her passport.

Yes mate. No need for Visa. You can apply later.
