Hi I am currently going to extend my visa (TIER1) in september.
I have got all the points required but I have done a masters back outside uk with which I applied my visa initially and I have also done a masters degree in UK. I was thinking of using my latest degree for my application but just wanted to make sure I can use my new degree or I have to show my old one only which is still not a problem.
Can anyone please help me out.

You can use either of them. However, just for your information, for Tier 1 extension you don't need to submit your old degree certificate again, if you choose to use it. Since you claimed points for that in your previous leave, you can just add details of the same in your application form.

You can choose which ever qualification you want for your PBS assessment, so long as they are both recognised by the UKBA. If you choose your latest degree you will however need to submit the degree certificate as evidence when extending your visa. But if using the original qualification you won't need to submit the certificate a second time as it was submitted and verified as part of your original Tier 1 application.
