Documentation Required for Naturalisation of EEA3 PR Holder

Post by thewallstreetmonkey » Thu Jul 12, 2012 11:28 pm

Hi All

I am aware that UK BA website lists the requirements for EU citizens to naturalise as: 1) passport/ID and 2) Evidence of exercising treaty rights for 5 years.

On the second point, I already have my PR card and in April 2013, I will have waited for 12 months to apply for naturalisation.

However, I would like to know if UK BA will again need me to supply all the information I supplied them to gain my PR or will they only need my passport/ID, PR card and the fee of application.

Any help is much appreciated and apologies in advance if this topic has already been opened or if the subject has already been discussed under any other topic.

Many Thanks..

Thanks very much Jambo. I will be applying with my PR card/sticker and ID when I fulfill the 12 months wait then and my naturalisation should be processed fairly easy.
