Change of employment under Tier 2 visa

Hi,

I am currently a work permit holder under PBS Tier 2 General visa (Valid from Mar-2012). I wish to change my employment to another employer. But, the employer I want to move to, had acquired part of the company which I am working for currently. Basically, it was the same firm last year but a new organization acquired part of it. And I want to move to this new organization now.

Do I need to apply for Tier 2 visa again or just notify my new certificate of sponsorship reference number from the new employer?

If I need to apply for the visa again, is there a application form for change of employment or do I need to use the same application form for Tier 2 General visa which I first used to apply?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
