Tier 1 General Extension (Same day Service)

Post by Malik44 » Fri Jul 13, 2012 4:53 am

Hi,

I have already booked my appointment for Tier 1 general Extension at Birmingham as on 18 Aug 2012.

I have 2 source of Income both are Employment Income and I am going to claim my earning points from 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012.

My query
''Is there any benefit if I submit my application through OICS Register Representative or this will put negative impact on my application because I have very straight foreword application.

I would also like to mention OICS registered person is my friend and he will charge very nominal fees for his services.

and secondly, Is it possible he can go with me because I booked appointment myself and email I received from UKBA state only me and my wife as dependent are allowed.

Senior member please advice.

No special benefit. No Negative impact. If the application is straight-forward, No need for this.

Not sure on this since they clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation that no other person will be allowed. Also, this guys have got their own appointments. I would suggest the best person to answer this is your friend, OISC registered agent who must have had lot of experience dealing with PEO. I would let others comment on your second query
