Tier 2 ICT and Switching to Dependent of Tier 2 ICT

Hi,

I have a case and would like to know your views.
I am holding a Tier 2 ICT Work Permit for UK which expires in March 2013.
My wife is in India and would be filing for her Work Permit in December 2012 which would be valid for 11months.

My question is:
Can I continue to work in UK after my Visa expires in March 2013 as my Wife's Dependent? Considering her visa (work permit) would be valid till November 2013? Please suggest ways.

Would be highly obliged with the answer.

You could work as your wife's dependant but would have to apply for the PBS dependant visa from outside the UK. Continuity of residence wouuld be broken at this point (ILR)
