overstayed, advice needed

Post by goodman24 » Fri Jul 13, 2012 1:24 pm

hello everyone,

I have received a CAS notice to start a programme in Media Interactive this year in London SAE institute. However, I am married to a British citizen and had previously overstayed my working holiday maker visa 2007.

Will I be refused when I make my application for Tier- 4? This course is 2 years. In 2008, I applied to join my wife and child in the UK but I was refused on maintenance and accommodation. Due to this I have been unable to further my education in this programme.

I want to start this course in order to have access to a good paying job to to later apply for the settlement visa to join my family. my wife does not work currently and she also does not meet the new consultations rules of £18,600

I'm open to research into any advice I can get. Thank you in advance.
