Getting new passport after ILR

Post by ron17 » Fri Jul 13, 2012 6:06 pm

Hello

I have just been granted ILR this week and I will be getting a new passport end of this year, as my current passport will expire next year.

My question is:

Do I need to inform UKBA once I got my new passport? If so, which email address should I be sending my new passport details to?

Thank you.

Ron

I believe ILR is no longer endorsed on the passport. You will be issued with a residency permit.I don't think it is necessary to inform them of your new passport.
