hello all, am just joining this forum and from what i read it is very helpful
Please i will like to know your view about this situation.
1.Must the main applicant on a Tier 1 general be in UK if any of the dependency requires a medical attention from NHS after the main applicant must have registered with NHS likewise the dependent?
