Hi all am so new to this forum and i kinda like it. Below is my time line

Acknowledgment letter 16/4/12
biometrics letter 24/5/12
Biometrics done 28/5/12

13 weeks still waiting!

have been out of wok since may as my employer needs to see a valid visa and was asked to stop working..gave them the letter from HO but seem not to work for me.

your employer mustn't kick you out as your immigration status is same until HO decides your case
