PEO Set M - payment question

Hello all,

My PEO appointment is Wednesday, and it's fair to say I'm now in full blown panic mode. I'm applying as a spouse of a British person. I've filled out my form by hand and have payment ready, however, now I'm confused on payment.

Though the other guidance says I should be able to pay in person, it also says this:

If you submit your application online under Tier 2 or Tier 5, or using interactive forms SET(O), SET(M), FLR(O), FLR(M) or NTL, you will also pay for your application online. Your appointment at the public enquiry office must be at least 48 hours after you make your online payment, and you must bring your unique payment reference number to your appointment.

I can't figure out
A) How to submit through the interactive form
B) How to pay online, I can see when a box that says pay when I'm on the 'Apply Online' page, but I can't get past the step 2: Complete.

Any advice?

By the way, I wish, wish, wish, I would have found this forum ages ago.

Ignore the paying online option and pay at the PEO. Do tell us how did everything go on Wednesday.
