IN Country:Tier1 dependent for children-list of documents

Hello Folks

I would like to apply Tier 1 Dependent visa for my 3 month old baby born in UK.
I am presenting following documents to support my baby application

1. My baby passport
2.Photo copy of mine and my wife passport & Visa
3.Pay slips 3 months
4. Savings account statement
5. Council tax bill for rental house
6. Tier 1 approval letter from UK Home office (received at the time of application)
7.passport size photos
8. Supporting letter for my baby from me


Do I need to provide additional documents than the one mentioned above such as police certificate for baby, evidence of care arrangement if children is under 18, etc.,?

Please help me for my query.
