My dependents didnt spend any time in UK. I have to file for my primary extension before Dec and I also dont have an NI yet. I am 100% share holding director in my comany. I am showing earnings in my UK business account. I have also myself not spent any significant time in UK but am trying to get my NI number. Can my dependents, (kids 9 year and 3) apply without an NI number?

The minimum age one can get an National Insurance (NI) number is 16 years.
