Fiance Visa and date of application?

My fiance has applied for a Fiancee Visa and we are still waiting for the answer, well I am worried as I am in receipt of ESA but with ESA they kick people off quite easily and am worried what if they kick me off ESA and the ESO still hasn't reviews the Application yet and the ESO calls the DWP to confirm if I am still receiving ESA and they have kicked me off it by the time the ESO reviews her application???
Or would it be based on the date the application was made not if circumstances had changed from the date of application to the date of the ECO reviewing the application?

I would very much appreciate any answers. Thank you.

It will be decided on your finances at the time the case worker checks your information. If you are no longer in receipt of ESA it won't be counted as income.
