TIER2 ICT Dependant to TIER 2 General with same employer ?

Is it possible to continue working for same employer on TIER 2 ICT EST. STAFF Dependant VISA until ,say next year (my VISA valid until then), and then shift to TIER 2 General VISA with them ? Any rule that stops from this shifting ?



Please Note:
1]My relevant Occupation is in the Shortage Occupation List.
2]My employer has agreed to provide restricted CoS next year.
