Post by Franco7 » Sun Jul 15, 2012 3:12 am

I am an Irish Citizen planning to marry a Pakistani girl in early October and the intention is for her to come and live with me in Ireland as my spouse so am just wondering what is the first step I shall take will she need to apply for a tourist visa before enters the country and then a stamp 4?

For information about permission to remain as a spouse of irish national see:
http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/WP07000024

Your spouse should apply for an entry viosa to Ireland as a spouse of irish national, not a tourist.

For informatgion on visas see:
