Has anyone been successful in visa applications (Tier 1 General Ext) using the following:-
1. Using online Barclays statements for Visa Application. Please note just taking color prinouts of the pdf copies and using them for visa application as they contain bank logo, account name, address, sort code and account number.

I did in Dec 2010. But i went into the branch and got them to sign/stamp and date it as well. They wrote a letter as well.
If you go into the branch they're really helpful and cooperative.

have read from other users that they face some problems with some banks getting to stamp. First pref would be to get a stamp, if it does not work out for a reason, go in person to a brach, ask them to print out the statements for you and also attach a cover letter from the bank, in which they suggest they mention "Please find attached here in statements for period A to B for the above mentioned a/c no. We cant stamp your statements for xyz reasons"

should be fine for you

Barclay Bank State

I visited Barclays branch, they gave me a statement for the required period on plain A4 sheets.

But they stamped, signed, dated on each page of the statement.

It contains the account number, sort code and address.

I think this should be sufficient enough for HO

Please let me know i am making wrong assumptions!

I might be wrong but I think the statements should have the bank Logo as well.
