Number of days ouside UK being Tier 1 (General) Dependent

Post by Kash133 » Sun Jul 15, 2012 11:28 pm

Hi All,

Could someone help me with regards to the Out of UK Days being as Tier 1 (General) Dependent.

I am on Tier 1 (General) BRP Extension for 2 years on rules prior to 22 November 2008 and due for ILR on 3rd November 2013. Also, 2 of my dependents (Spouse and Son) have already joined me in May 2011 as Tier 1 (General) Dependent. By the time I will apply for ILR, they both will be on Tier 1 (General) Dependent for more than 2 years but my query here is, they have been out of UK for about 8 months during this time, so would they be effected being applying for the ILR same time as myself.

To summarize my question what are the days limit for Tier 1 (General) Dependents living outside the UK not being effecting for ILR same time as Main applicant. Where dependents are fulfilling the 2 years condition.[/b]
