FLR(M) Maintenance funds query

Hi

I currently have PBS(dependent) visa, issued in May 2011. My spouse have switched to ILR earlier this year and I am now transferring to FLR(M).

As I had a leave to remain as a dependent before 9th July 2012 so I do not need to meet minimum salary criteria.

However, I want to know that do I still need to fill this section. I cannot find this answer in the guide and do not want to fill this in (if I do not have to). Can you please advise.

Are you or your sponsor in receipt of a benefit listed within the guidance notes? If you have claimed to be exempt from
meeting the financial requirement you must submit the relevant evidence, as specified, of your eligibility to be exempt.

Yes or No ? What should we select here ?

Just want to add that I am on Tier 1 dependent, in case that makes any difference.
