Parent on Work permit need to apply visa for UK born child ?

Hi,

I have been following this forum for long time and it is really great. I need a help to apply for my child visa to visit India. here is my immigration category?

Parent are in old style Work permit and Work Permit dependent and child born in UK. Now we need to apply for visa for the child. Which form I have to use? I have searched the UKBA website, all i could find is Tier 2 dependent form not for Work Permit?

Could somebody can help on this?

A visa (as defined) is a permit to enter the UK. Is the child outside the UK wishing to enter?

Thanks for your reply. My child is born in Uk and parent has work permit. We need to apply visa for child to travel to india for short holiday and return back to UK.
